Every beginner class begins from the same three measurements taken in your 25 minute movement assessment: standing balance, hip range, and shoulder range. The formats below differ in tempo and equipment. The three intensity levels differ in class duration and how closely an instructor cues you.
Gentle
One cue at a time, said before you move. Weight even between the feet, ribs stacked over hips. Formats: gentle Hatha and restorative mat work.
Steady
Cues follow your breath and props come down after week two. Formats: Mat Pilates foundations and slow flow.
Strong
Fewer stops, longer holds, corrections given mid-sequence. Formats: Reformer intro and Pilates circuits.
The 25 minute introduction is 600 UAH and is credited against a class pack booked within 14 days. It is a fitness starting-point assessment, not a medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment.
Intensity and formats
Every level runs the same cue set. Pace, class length and hands-on support are the only variables.
| Level | Format | Duration | Support cues |
|---|---|---|---|
| Gentle | Mat fundamentals, seated and supine options, props kept within reach | 45 min | The instructor names each joint before it moves. At most two hands-on adjustments per class. |
| Steady | Mixed standing and floor sequences, breath-led transitions | 55 min | Weight even between the feet, ribs stacked over hips. Props offered before they are needed. |
| Strong | Continuous flow with short holds and standing balance work | 60 min | Tempo is called out loud, and a regression is demonstrated for every peak posture. |
Pricing
The introduction costs 600 UAH. It covers a 25-minute fitness starting-point assessment and one beginner class. That amount is credited against a class pack only when the pack is booked within 14 days of the introduction. It is not a free session, and the movement check is not a medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment.
Packs are personal and non-transferable. Unused classes stay valid until the pack expiry date printed on your receipt. Individual results vary; progress depends on how often you attend and what you practise between sessions.
