Terms of Service
1. Provider
Classes are provided by wellnhessharmonybhub.com, LLC, Office 5, Business Center Prime, 12 Antonovycha St, Kyiv, 03150, Ukraine, EDRPOU 64992101, contact@wellnhessharmonybhub.com, +380 636 709 1031. This page identifies the provider before you order or book, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 03.09.2015.
2. Nature of services
Yoga, pilates and wellness classes are general fitness services. They are not medical treatment, diagnostics or a guaranteed cure, and no result is promised. Statements about our services follow Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 03.07.1996. Consult a doctor before starting if you have health concerns.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) and include applicable taxes. The price of the class, package or introductory programme is displayed at the moment of booking; no hidden charges apply. Payment is made by the methods shown at checkout.
4. Booking, schedule and introductory programme
Bookings are confirmed by email or message. The introductory offer applies once per new client, subject to availability. The schedule may change; we inform you in advance and offer a replacement session or a refund for a cancelled class.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a booking free of charge at least 12 hours before the start. Later cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session fee. Unused sessions of a package may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, less sessions already attended. Refunds are returned by the original payment method within 14 calendar days. These conditions supplement your statutory rights under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' dated 12.05.1991.
6. Complaints
Send complaints or claims to contact@wellnhessharmonybhub.com or +380 636 709 1031. We reply within 10 working days. If a dispute is not resolved, you may use the consumer complaint route of the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Complaint handling follows Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' dated 12.05.1991.
7. Acceptable use and liability
Do not copy our content, attempt unauthorised access, or book for others without their consent. You take part at your own risk and must tell the instructor about injuries. We are not liable for loss outside our reasonable control or for belongings left on the premises; nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Personal data
We process names, phone numbers, emails and analytics data on a lawful basis, with consent where required, under Law of Ukraine No. 3687-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 25.06.2024.
